Tiger & Turtle by night: light installation at the Angerpark extended
The walkable Tiger & Turtle sculpture on the Heinrich-Hildebrand-Hoehe glows in new light on summer evenings.
The walkable large-scale sculpture Tiger & Turtle – Magic Mountain in the Angerpark is one of the best-known landmarks of the new Duisburg. In 2026 the evening illumination of the roller-coaster-shaped sculpture is extended through the summer months. From the former spoil tip on the Heinrich-Hildebrand-Hoehe in Wanheim-Angerhausen, dusk offers a sweeping view across the Ruhr region and the Rhine. The city recommends arriving by bike or public transport, as parking is limited.
