MKM Museum Küppersmühle
The MKM Museum Küppersmühle is one of the most important venues for German art after 1945. Housed in a strikingly converted grain mill at the Inner Harbor, it combines the architecture of the industrial monument with the modern extensions by the Swiss architects Herzog & de Meuron. On display is the Ströher Collection with works by Baselitz, Richter, Kiefer, Lüpertz and many others. The preserved silos and the spectacular extension make the building itself an experience.
